Regency Governance

The Regency Island Dunes consists of twin 14 story buildings with a total of 144 three bedroom condos. The complex is governed by a Condominium Owner's Association with a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board has created a large number of Committees that resident's participate in to ensure that the management of the Association reflects the wishes of all residents.
