Sealing kitchen bay and elevator windows to begin tomorrow..July 24th!
July 23, 2014

The results of a scheduled and controlled water test on the elevator lobby windows (5 windows per tower / 10 per building) showed leakage around glass to metal in 18 out of the 20 windows tested. Both Randy and I were present throughout the entire test. Thursday, July 24th, JB Paint will be setting up staging to begin sealing glass to metal on all Kitchen Bay windows in the 06 stack in Building #1. Once the 06 stack is completed, they will move to & complete the 01 stack, then break down staging and move to the Elevator Lobby windows in each tower. Staff will be entering all 06 & 01 units with closed Kitchen Bay shutters to open same, and once each drop is completed, Staff will secure the shutters. If you are in residence in 06 or 01, you will see a swing stage with workers removing the old seal between glass & metal on each window component, cleaning the joint, and then sealing each joint area. Thank you in advance for your cooperation during the duration of this project. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the office or my cell. Sincerely,
