01 UNITS - MONDAY, April 20th, Safway will install rigging on all 01 units. Door hangers are on the entry doors to all 01 units in both buildings to remove all east side balcony items and to stay off of the balcony between 8AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday.
06 UNITS - MONDAY, April 20th the rigging will be removed from in front of your east side balcony, so please be certain no one is on that balcony during this time.
~~~Bldg #1 - After Monday's equipment relocation, you will be able to use your balcony as the work will be complete on the 05 stack
~~~Bldg #2 - Although your shutter installation is complete, please stay off of your balcony from 8:AM - 4:30PM while ESS is installing on Bldg #2's 05 stack.
RID / ESS Bldg 1 05 STACK FINAL INSPECTION COMPLETE - Friday, April 18th, ESS & RID completed the final inspection on Building #1 05 stack. ESS & RID inspections include closing, locking, and re-opening every set of shutters, in addition to checking caulking, fasteners, and cleanliness.
SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - the Final Inspection of each set of shutters by SLC is being coordinated per stack rather than several units at a time. These inspections are scheduled after the RID / ESS Final Inspections. If you are in residence, you will be notified of the date the inspector and Regency Staff will inspect your shutters.
MONDAY, APRIL 20th - For safety reasons no one is permitted on east side balconies in the 06, 05, 04, 03, 02 and 01 stacks.
PVC has been placed in slider tracks to remind Residents in the 02 stack to stay off their balcony between 8:AM - 4:30PM. If you need assistance moving balcony items, please phone the office for assistance.
Taken down: This means when shutter blades & tracks are no longer installed on your balcony.
Removed: This means when old shutters are taken off of your balcony. Old shutters will be removed from each balcony when new shutters are placed for installation.
