RAINED OUT AT 2:PM

 

01 UNIT RESIDENTS - Safway Rigging & ESS relocated the staging from the 06 stack to the 01 stack.  If you are leaving for an extended period, please remove all east side balcony items.  

~~~Bldg #1 - Work is being done on the 02 stack so please keep off of the east side balcony between 8AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday. 

~~~Bldg #2 - When work begins on the 02 stack, you will be notified to keep off of your east side balcony. 

 

06 UNIT RESIDENTS - Rigging was removed from in front of your east side balcony.

~~~Bldg #1 - You may now place items back onto your 06 east side balcony as the 05 stack is complete.

~~~Bldg #2 - Although your shutter installation is complete, please stay off of your balcony from 8:AM - 4:30PM while ESS is installing on Bldg #2's 05 stack. 

  

RID / ESS Bldg 1 05 STACK FINAL INSPECTION COMPLETE - Friday, April 18th, ESS & RID completed the final inspection on Building #1 05 stack.  ESS & RID inspections include closing, locking, and re-opening every set of shutters, in addition to checking caulking, fasteners, and cleanliness. 

 

SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - the Final Inspection of each set of shutters by SLC is being coordinated per stack rather than several units at a time.  These inspections are scheduled after the RID / ESS Final Inspections and will begin the week of April 27th.  If you are in residence, you will be notified of the date the inspector and Regency Staff will inspect your shutters. 

 

PVC has been placed in slider tracks to remind Residents in the 01 & 02 stack to stay off their balcony between 8:AM - 4:30PM.    If you need assistance moving balcony items, please phone the office for  assistance.

 

Definitions 

Taken down:  This means when shutter blades & tracks are no longer installed on your balcony.

Removed:  This means when old shutters are taken off of your balcony.  Old shutters will be removed from each balcony when new shutters are placed for installation.

 

Building #1:

06 stack 

~~~SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - mostly complete

05 stack  -

~~~PH5 - LN5 - RID / ESS inspection Friday, April 18th / complete

04 stack

~~~LN shutter installation complete

~~~PH shutter installation 90% complete

~~~LN - 604 old shutters removed / new shutters placed

~~~804 - PH old shutters removed / new shutters placed

03 stack 

~~~Old shutter removal / new shutter placement, scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday, April 21st & 22nd

~~~caulking inspection RID & ESS

~~~LN - PH inclusive taken down & pressure washed  

~~~PH -LN  inclusive, JB patch & stucco work complete

~~~PH - LN inclusive JB paint complete

02 stack

~~~LN shutters taken down

~~~302 shutters taken down

~~~402 shutters taken down

~~~502 shutters taken down

~~~602 shutters taken down

~~~702 shutters taken down / JB to repair tile trough

~~~802 shutters taken down

~~~902 shutters take down 90% complete

 

Building #2:

06 stack

~~~SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - several complete

~~~PH5 shutter installation complete

~~~1205 pending tile replacement

~~~1105 shutter installation complete

~~~1005 shutter installation complete

~~~905 shutter installation  complete

~~~805 shutter installation  95% complete

~~~405 shutter installation 95% complete

~~~LN5 through 1105 & PH new shutters placed on each balcony 

04 stack

~~~PH shutter installation complete

~~~1204 shutter installation 90% complete

~~~704 shutter installation complete

~~~604 shutter installation complete

~~~504 shutter installation  complete

~~~LN - PH inclusive shutters taken down 

~~~LN - PH old shutters removed; new shutters placed 

03 stack

~~~LN3 - PH3 inclusive taken down

~~~PH - LN  pressure washing complete

~~~PH - LN stucco scraped & patched

~~~PH - LN painting complete  

~~~caulking inspection was April 9th

 

PVC has been placed into all 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 slider tracks to remind guests, realtors, and even residents, not to use the east side balcony. 

 

NOTE CHANGE:  Walt is assigned to Building #1 and Dave is assigned to Building #2 to check areas for security, cleanliness, and safety daily, throughout the project.
