Shutter Update #42

RID / ESS FINAL INSPECTION    

ESS & RID inspections include closing, locking, and re-opening every set of shutters, in addition to checking caulking, fasteners, and cleanliness.

 

01 UNIT RESIDENTS

~~~Bldg #1 - Take down of old shutters on your east balcony will begin the week of April 27th.  Work is presently being done on the 02 stack so please keep off of the east side balcony between 8AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday. 

~~~Bldg #2 - Work has started on the 02 stack, so please keep off of your east side balcony between 8:AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday. 

 

06 UNIT RESIDENTS 

~~~Bldg #1 - You may now place items back onto your 06 east side balcony as the 05 stack is complete. 

~~~Bldg #2 - You may now place items back on your 06 east side balcony as the 05 stack is nearly complete.  1205's tile installation should be complete by Friday, May 1st and shutter installation will follow the week of May 4th.  After completion of 1205's shutter installation, you will be advised that it will be safe to use your balcony. 

   

SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - the Final Inspection of each set of shutters by SLC is being coordinated per stack rather than several units at a time.  The inspections are scheduled after the RID / ESS Final Inspections and will begin the week of May 4th.  If you are in residence, you will be notified of the date the inspector and Regency Staff will inspect your shutters. 

 

PVC has been placed in slider tracks to remind Residents in the 01 & 02 stack to stay off their balcony between 8:AM - 4:30PM.    If you need assistance moving balcony items, please phone the office for  assistance.

 

Definitions 

Taken down:  This means when shutter blades & tracks are no longer installed on your balcony.

Removed:  This means when old shutters are taken off of your balcony.  Old shutters will be removed from each balcony when new shutters are placed for installation.

 

Building #1:

06 stack 

~~~SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - mostly complete

05 stack  

~~~PH5 - LN5 - RID / ESS inspection Friday, April 18th / complete

04 stack - RID / ESS FINAL INSPECTION SCHEDULED TOMORROW, MAY 1ST

~~~PH4 shutter installation complete

~~~1204 shutter installation complete

~~~1104/03 tile replacement 50 % complete

~~~1004 shutter installation complete / tile delivered for repair in center of balcony

~~~904 shutter installation complete

~~~804 shutter installation complete

~~~704 shutter installation complete / tile replacement 95% complete

~~~604 shutter installation complete

~~~504 shutter installation complete

~~~404 shutter installation complete 

~~~304 shutter installation complete

~~~LN4 shutter installation  complete

03 stack

~~~LN - 1003 / 1203 - PH old shutters removed / new shutters placed

02 stack - old shutter removal / new shutter placement DELAYED / JB using stage 

~~~PH2 - 402 inclusive;  JB stucco scraped & patched

~~~PH - LN caulking inspection of every balcony complete April 24th

~~~702 tile trough repair scheduled for May 1st. 

 

Building #2:

06 stack

~~~SLC FINAL INSPECTIONS - several complete

05 stack - RID / ESS FINAL INSPECTION COMPLETED WEDNESDAY, April 29th.

~~~PH5 shutter installation complete

~~~1205 tile replacement started

~~~1105 shutter installation complete

PVC has been placed into all 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 slider tracks to remind guests, realtors, and even residents, not to use the east side balcony. 

 

NOTE CHANGE:  Walt is assigned to Building #1 and Dave is assigned to Building #2 to check areas for security, cleanliness, and safety daily, throughout the project.
