South Hutchinson Island on the east coast of Florida offers warm breezes, sunny skies, and magnificent ocean views. The developer completed South Tower &North Tower in 1996 followed by the North tower in 1997. The original members established the character of the Regency that continues today—Family oriented, unpretentious, gracious, hospitable, and fun! 

 

Each tower boasts a classic and elegant great room which is a gathering place for special functions and events. Book club discussions, bridge games and tournaments are some of the many activities enjoyed here. Each tower enjoys a fitness center and spa, library room, billiards room and more… they share a centrally located pool and hot tub with expansive ocean vistas.  

 

The Regency members enjoy the ownership of the Island Dunes Country Club and Marina where they can avail yourself of world class cuisine at Pietro’s on The River restaurant, boating, golf, pickleball, tennis or just relax with friends while enjoying our pristine beach.
